At a business using Key Loyalty, your card keeps the shop's reward and your progress together in one place.

Open the shop’s join link. Enter your first name and phone number, then follow the instructions to open your card.

You can see the visits recorded toward your reward. Opening or refreshing the card does not count as a purchase.

For an eligible purchase, staff approval pairs with your verified tap. Ask the shop if a visit needs checking.

When your reward is ready, ask staff to help you use it. Keep the card handy for your next visit.
